These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by BrandInk Studios (“Service Provider”) to the Client. By using our services, the Client agrees to these Terms.
1. Services
BrandInk Studios provides website design, development, branding, graphic design, SEO, and related digital services based on the selected package.
2. Pricing
Pricing covers only the services mentioned in the package. Domain, hosting, premium tools, plugins, or third-party services are not included unless specified.
3. Payment
A minimum advance payment is required before starting the project. Final files or website deployment will be delivered only after full payment is completed.
4. Revisions
Limited revisions are included depending on the package. Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra charges.
5. Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may change due to delayed content, feedback, or communication from the Client.
6. Ownership
Final project ownership is transferred to the Client only after full payment. BrandInk Studios may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless restricted in writing.
7. Refund Policy
Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started. Project cancellations after commencement will not be eligible for refunds.
8. Support
Free support or maintenance is provided only for the duration mentioned in the package. Additional support will be charged separately.
9. Liability
BrandInk Studios is not responsible for losses, downtime, data issues, hosting failures, or third-party service problems.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India.
